Season 7 premiere of The Closer was just awesome.
Brenda, well there is no female character on TV right now that is as good as she is. She was in a real snit over the changes happening in major crimes. The biggest of them is that Pope is out and Taylor is taking his place.
Captain is hanging around like a rock around Brenda's neck and I cannot see this ending well. Her and Chief Delko are looking into th case where Brenda dropped off a suspect at his home knowing what would happen to him once he got out of the police car. I say good for Brenda but the mother of the victim is now suing the city of LA, the police dept and Brenda and her team.
At the end of the episode Chief Delko was just congratulating Brenda on solving the current case when he keels over. That's where it ends.
If this indeed Kyra's last season then she is going to go out with a bang and fighting all the way.
